Andy qualified as a physiotherapist in 2009 from York St Johns University, he has taught Pilates to people who have low back pain and hip problems as well as people with neurological problems.
Andy believes “that among the many health benefits that Pilates has, it is an excellent way of improving core strength and stability”.
Yogacharini Sonia has over 40 years of teaching experience and teaches Classical Rishi Culture Yoga at The Studio Morland - a wonderfully enlightening and joyful class.

Natalie is trained in both Hatha and Vinyasa yoga and runs a session on Monday evenings with a combination of both tailored to peoples tastes, needs and abilities.
