Drawing for Mindfulness - with Alex Jakob-Whitworth

Everyone can draw - it is as natural to us as breathing - if we allow it to be.  Drawing can creates a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us. Through mindful drawing, we can experience well-being  and satisfaction.

These sessions will lead you through creative activities and and playful drawing exercises, that will not only teach you to draw but will also allow you to have some space in which the buffets of our day lives, and the chatter in our heads is quieted.

Whether you are a complete beginner, an enthusiast or a more experienced drawer, you are most welcome to come and experience Drawing for Mindfulness and all its possibilities and opportunities.

£12 per session or £65 for six sessions.
