Pilates aims to strengthen the body in an even way, with particular emphasis on core strength to improve general fitness and wellbeing.
This taster session is open to any men wishing to try out pilates in a safe space with no obligation to continue if it’s not for them. It’s being offered at the reduced rate of £5, subsidised by Community Lottery funding. Sessions thereafter are £7.
